Nordic Reform Conference 2025 is a one-day event in Oslo on September 26, bringing together researchers, health professionals, policymakers, activists, and people with lived experience.
Together, they’ll explore what a humane, evidence-based approach to drug policy can look like in practice. The conference will take place at Carls in Oslo.
From new thinking on prevention and treatment to honest conversations about enforcement, psychedelics, stigma, and user rights, the program reflects both the complexity and urgency of drug reform.
